Service Description

FileTag is a free document tagging service provided by Gemina Ltd. The service extracts metadata from uploaded documents and returns them with enriched filenames and properties.

Acceptance

By using FileTag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

No Warranty

FileTag is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• Accuracy of extracted metadata
• Service availability or uptime
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

Gemina is not liable for any damages arising from use of FileTag, including:

• Incorrect or incomplete metadata extraction
• File corruption or data loss
• Service interruptions or errors
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your Responsibilities

• You have the right to upload the documents you submit.
• You won't upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• You won't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service.

Usage Limits

Free usage is limited to 50 files per day. This limit may change without notice.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue FileTag at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
